Legal notice and terms of service

Last updated: 16 October 2026. By creating an account on beStreamed, you accept what follows.

This English text is provided for convenience. beStreamed is published by a French business and governed by French law: in case of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.

Site publisher

beStreamed is published by Enzo Peultier — sole trader, entrepreneur individuel, registered as a French micro-entreprise, established at 14 avenue du Reclus, 54500 Vandœuvre-lès-Nancy.

Registered with the French national business register, SIRET 98363596200019. VAT not applicable under article 293 B of the French general tax code.

Publication director: Enzo Peultier. Contact: enzopeultier@gmail.com.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Fly.io, Inc., 2261 Market Street #4990, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA, and served from its Paris (France) servers. This host publishes no telephone number; it designates legal@fly.io for legal notifications.

The database and authentication are operated by Supabase. The music, image and video generation models, designed by Google, ByteDance and Luma AI, are served by fal.ai. Payments go through Stripe, and emails through Resend. These providers are listed in detail in the personal data section.

What the service does

beStreamed is an online service that produces, from a written description, three kinds of file: music tracks in MP3 format, Canvases — silent vertical videos of 1080 × 1920 pixels, meant to be uploaded to a streaming platform — and square covers, from 640 to 4000 pixels a side.

The files are produced by artificial intelligence models. The result depends on the description you provide and is never guaranteed to be identical from one generation to the next.

Account and access

Writing a brief is open without an account. Starting a generation requires one, because it incurs a real cost and must be attached to someone. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the generations started from your account.

The service is reserved for adults. You may delete your account at any time; we may suspend an account that does not respect the rules of use below, after informing you, except in an emergency or where the law requires otherwise.

What you may generate

Every description is reviewed automatically before any generation. Refused in particular are requests targeting an identifiable real person without their consent, sexual content, hateful content, any content involving a minor, and any unlawful content.

You also undertake not to submit an image you hold no rights to, not to circumvent the limits of the service, and not to use it to produce misleading content presented as real.

Plans, credits and billing

The service runs on credits, by subscription: there is no free plan. Each plan adds a number of credits every month; the plans and what they include are described on the pricing page, which forms part of these terms. One-off credit top-ups are reserved for subscribers.

A track costs 40 credits, a cover 20 credits, a Canvas 50 credits; each option you tick adds its own amount, shown on the button before you start. Prompt optimisation is charged on click, because it produces usable text even with no generation behind it.

Subscription credits do not carry over from one month to the next: the counter returns to the plan's quota at each renewal. Credits bought separately, on the other hand, remain yours and are not cleared at renewal. A generation that produces no file is credited back automatically. Credits have no monetary value and can neither be resold nor refunded in money.

A subscription can be cancelled at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, during which your credits stay usable; after that the account receives no more credits, but its history and the files already created stay available. A month that has started remains due, even if no credit was used.

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included — VAT not being applicable under article 293 B of the French general tax code, the amount displayed is the amount paid. Any change in pricing is announced before it applies and takes effect only at the following renewal.

Right of withdrawal and cancellation

As a consumer you have, in principle, fourteen days to withdraw from an online purchase. Since credits are added to your balance as soon as you pay — whether for a subscription or a top-up — you expressly request immediate performance of the service and expressly waive that right at the time of payment, in accordance with article L.221-28 of the French consumer code.

Neither the subscription nor purchased credits are therefore refunded, including if you do not use them. Credits are delivered on payment: not using them is not a failure to supply, and a month that has started remains due.

Cancellation can be done at any time from your account, with no fee and no reason needed. It takes effect at the end of the period already paid for: until then your credits stay usable, then the account receives no more credits; its history and the files already created stay available. Nothing is charged after that date.

Two cases fall outside the above: a generation that produces no file is credited back automatically, and a service that does not conform to what is announced opens the rights described in the next section.

Conformity guarantee

Independently of the right of withdrawal, the service you pay for must conform to what is announced here and on the pricing page. This legal guarantee of conformity is provided for by articles L.224-25-12 and following of the French consumer code, and it applies throughout your subscription, not only when you subscribe.

If the service does not conform — an announced feature missing, a format that does not come out at the promised dimensions, a quota that is not the one for your plan — you may ask for it to be brought into conformity free of charge. If that does not happen within a reasonable time, you may obtain a reduction in price or the termination of the subscription with a refund of the period not supplied.

This guarantee is free and subject to no formality: writing to the contact address is enough. It adds to the rights you hold under the contract, it does not replace them.

Ownership of the files

The files you generate are yours, commercial use included: upload to your distributor, social networks, videos. beStreamed claims no rights over your visuals and does not reuse them for its own communication without your written consent.

Two reservations, inherent to the nature of generative models. A result is not guaranteed to be unique: a similar description may produce a similar image for someone else. And copyright protection for automatically produced content is not settled under French law. It is up to you to check that the file suits the use you make of it, particularly before a commercial release.

The rest of the site — code, texts, visual identity, layout — remains the property of the publisher.

Trademarks mentioned

Spotify, Canvas and Spotify for Artists are trademarks of Spotify AB. beStreamed is an independent service, with no affiliation, partnership or endorsement from Spotify AB. These marks are mentioned only to describe the format of the files produced and the platform they are meant for.

The technical specifications mentioned on the site are those published by Spotify at the time of writing. They may change without beStreamed being informed, and whether a third-party platform accepts a file does not depend on us.

Personal data

What is collected: your email address, when the account is created; if you sign in with Google, your name, the link to your profile picture and your Google account identifier, passed on along with the address; the descriptions you write and the images you upload; the files generated and their date; your credit balance, your plan and the record of your purchases.

Why: to identify you, run the generations you request, keep your history and your credit counter, prevent the prohibited uses described above, and meet the publisher's accounting obligations. The legal basis is performance of the contract between us, our legitimate interest in protecting the service and, for the record of your purchases, the legal obligation to keep accounting records.

Who is involved: Supabase (authentication and database), fal.ai (music, image and video generation, moderation and rewriting of descriptions), Stripe (payments), Resend (sending emails) and Fly.io, Inc. (site hosting). These providers act on our behalf and on our instructions, with one reservation for Stripe, set out below. Also involved, as detailed further down, are the developers of the artificial intelligence models that fal.ai calls on, and Google when you sign in with your Google account. The site itself is served from Paris (France), therefore from within the European Union; some of these parties are, however, established outside the European Union, in the United States in particular, and processing may take place there. Such transfers are governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or by one of its adequacy decisions, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework for US companies certified under it. No data is sold or transferred for advertising purposes.

Artificial intelligence models: fal.ai gives access to models designed by other developers, and passes on to them what each generation needs. To Google: a track's description, title and lyrics, to compose it (Lyria); a cover's description and the image you upload as a reference, if any, to create it (Nano Banana); your descriptions and lyrics, to moderate, rewrite or translate them, and a pack's brief, to write its artistic direction and lyrics (Gemini, which fal.ai queries through OpenRouter). To ByteDance: a Canvas's description and its starting image, if any, to generate it (Seedance). To Luma AI: the same elements, when you ask for a Canvas that loops (Ray).

Signing in with Google: if you sign in with your Google account, Google passes on to Supabase your email address, your name, the link to your profile picture and the identifier of that account; Supabase keeps them with your account, and beStreamed uses only the address. For this sign-in, Google acts on its own behalf, under its own privacy policy.

Payments and emails: payments are made on Stripe's pages, never on those of beStreamed. Stripe receives your email address and your account identifier, which beStreamed passes on to it, along with the payment details you enter on its pages, and it keeps your payment method for renewals and plan changes. Your card number is never passed to beStreamed, which keeps only the reference of your customer record at Stripe, the status of your subscription, and the amount and date of your purchases. Stripe also uses some of this data for its own purposes — fraud detection, the legal obligations of payment providers such as anti-money-laundering rules — under its own privacy policy. The emails the site sends you — address confirmation, new password, payment receipts, information about the service — go out through Resend, which receives your email address and the content of these messages for that purpose.

For how long: your creations and your account are kept for as long as the account exists, then deleted within thirty days of its deletion. One exception: the record of your purchases — amount, date, payment reference — is kept for ten years for accounting purposes, including after your account is deleted, as article L.123-22 of the French commercial code requires for accounting documents and supporting records. This record is held in the site publisher's accounts; Stripe also keeps a trace of it in its own records, under its own privacy policy; the site's database, for its part, erases it along with your account. Moderation reports are kept for one year, unlinked from your account.

Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability and restriction. Write to enzopeultier@gmail.com to exercise them. You may also refer the matter to the CNIL (cnil.fr), the French data protection authority, if the answer does not satisfy you.

Cookies

The site sets only the cookies necessary for it to work: those that keep your session once you are signed in, and the one that remembers which language you are reading in. No advertising cookie, no third-party analytics tool.

Audience measurement. To know how many people visit the site and at which step they stop, beStreamed itself counts page views, clicks on its buttons and the screens of the questionnaire. This measurement does not identify you: it relies on two randomly drawn identifiers — one that your browser tab keeps for the length of the visit, the other that your browser keeps for thirteen months at most, never extended, to count unique visitors — and the time of each event is rounded to the hour. No IP address is recorded, the measurement is never matched with your account or passed to a third party, and the data is deleted after 25 months. It is used only to produce statistics for the site's publisher, which exempts it from consent under the CNIL's guidance — hence no banner.

You can object at any time: by turning on “Do Not Track” (or Global Privacy Control) in your browser, or with the button below, which also deletes the identifier your browser keeps.

Liability

The service is provided as is, with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability: it depends on third-party providers whose models may be unavailable, changed or withdrawn. We do our best to keep the service reachable and to give notice of any lasting interruption.

We cannot be held liable for the use you make of the generated files, for a file being refused by a third-party platform, or for indirect damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited in law, in particular in the event of gross negligence or harm to personal safety.

A generation that fails costs nothing: the credits committed are returned automatically.

Complaints and disputes

Any complaint may be addressed to enzopeultier@gmail.com. We answer within a reasonable time.

For a cross-border dispute within the European Union, the European Consumer Centre France (cec-zev.eu) may be contacted.

These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, the dispute falls to the competent French courts.
